Boronti Boranti or Baranti is a beautiful village surrounded by hills. Baranti is a small, quiet and scenic place. There is a Approx 2 km long irrigation project dam, located between two small hillocks, Muradi Hill and Baranti Hill. Baranti is in the vicinity of Ramchandrapur Irrigation Project. One gets a grand view of the reservoir from Baranti. It is a place where one can take a break from drudgery and daily monotony and simply rejuvenate one's mind and soul.It is part of the wonderful Rarh countryside.
The meandering village roads lead to nearby a forest, which is home to trees like teak and mahua. Boranti is the best place to shed off your stress. You can take nature walks along the Murardi Lake or through the forests and see the sun going down over the hills and lake. Nature is abundant in Boranti.
Joychandi Hills This is the site where Satyajit Ray's 'Hirok Rajar Deshe' was shot. Joychandi Pahar is a hill which is a popular tourist attraction in the Indian state of West Bengal and  popular tourist centre and major attraction for rock climbing. Joychandi Pahar.
Ayodhya Hills Ajodhya is a small plateau with hilly surroundings located in the Purulia district of the state West Bengal, India. It is the easternmost part of the Chhotanagpur Plateau and extended part of Eastern Ghats range. Highest peak of Ajodhya Hills is Chamtaburu (712 m/ Garmin GPS reading).The nearby populated town area is Bagmundi. Ayodhya Hill It is a popular place for young mountaineers to learn the basic course in rock climbing.
Duarsini Duarsini is a small tribal village. The whole attraction of this village lies in its picturesque setting surrounded by rolling hills and lush greenery of the Dalma Hills. Wildlife enthusiasts will especially love this place as the Dalma Forest contains a plethora of wildlife like bears, wolves,boars and many known and unknown bird species.Sometimes one can even spot elephants coming out of the forest into Duarsini. A wonderful way o relax and unwind is to spend some quiet time on the
banks of the Satgurang River that flows past Duarsini. This is a perfect getaway if you are tired of all the touristy and crowded places.At night one can hear the rhythmic beats of madol(drums),reverberating in the air. There are a number of tribal villages in the area pertaining to Santhals, Shabaradh, Kheriya and Munda tribes.
Garpanchkot Garpanchkot, a forest cum hill station, is named after a ruined fort Panchkot in the Eastern part of the country, at the foothills of Panchet Hill in Purulia District of West Bengal. The remains of the Panchkot Palace had been a silent witness of the past attacks by Maratha Rulers, often referred to as Bargi in Bengal.
The silence of the dense forest enriched with the view of cliffs all around, adds a special charm to this place. Staying in a forest cottage, in the woods with mesmerizing view of the mountains all around is really worthy
Panchet The Damodar forms the border between Dhanbad district of Jharkhand and Purulia district of West Bengal, before meeting the Barakar at Dishergarh and flowing fully through West Bengal Panchet Dam has been constructed a little above its confluence with the Barakar.While Dhanbad district is on the northern bank of Panchet reservoir, Purulia district is on the southern bank. Kalyanshwari Kalyaneshwari temple at Asansol Sadar subdivision of Paschim Bardhaman district in the Indian state of West Bengal.Kalyaneshwari is a 500-year-old centre of Shakti worship Legend has it that human sacrifices were offered at Kalyaneshwari in the remote past. The present temple, however, is not very old and was constructed by the Panchkot Raj.The temple of Goddess Kalyaneshwari is believed to fulfil the wishes of childless women.
